2. What VIP includes

Every level and training (Flow, Steam and Write), progress history and the real-time coach, on up to three of your devices.

3. Renewal and cancellation

The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Existing yearly plans remain valid. Cancel anytime in My subscription; access lasts until the end of the paid period.

The one-time 12-month purchase does not renew: access ends after 12 months with no further charge.

4. 7-day refund

Within 7 days of purchase, write to Latteart@caferia.com.br and we refund the full amount. VIP access ends when the refund is made.

5. European Union: 14-day withdrawal

EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw. Because access starts immediately, at checkout you request immediate start and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content is used. Our 7-day guarantee still applies.

6. Fair use

VIP is personal. Do not share access links or codes or resell access. We may remove clearly tampered scores from the ranking.

7. Scores are a teaching aid

The app's measurements are a teaching model, not a laboratory measurement or professional certification.

8. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies. The courts of Andradina/SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's home courts and the mandatory rights of your country.
