Privacy Policy

Referrals and creators

Opening a creator link sets a signed first-party cookie for the first valid referral for up to 30 days. After verified registration or payment, we link the referral to the account email to calculate commissions. Creators see counts, commissions and a partial member identifier, not the full email, training records, card or billing details. The private portal uses an 8-hour session cookie. Contact us below about attribution and personal data.

Performance and errors

Sentry receives technical error reports with account details and credentials removed. In Settings, you can additionally enable loading, response and visual stability measurements, screen category and device type. This optional measurement starts off; you can withdraw your choice in Settings. These metrics do not include your name, email, strokes or screen recordings.

Training results and ranking nickname: to show your progress and the ranking (performance of contract).

Device token: to limit VIP to three devices and prevent fraud (legitimate interest — GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Processors

Stripe (card payments), Mercado Pago (Pix), Resend (e-mail), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting) and Google Ads (ad measurement). Each receives only what it needs.

These providers may store data outside Brazil and the EU, mainly in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards (GDPR art. 46; LGPD art. 33).

Cookies and pixels

Local storage keeps you signed in and saves your progress. The Google Ads measurement pixel only loads after your consent in Europe (EEA, UK, Switzerland), Quebec and South Korea.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to Latteart@caferia.com.br. We reply within 15 days. Deleting your data cancels VIP and removes your ranking. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
